The 40-ECAB-SRS2-70 is equipped with fully tapped 10-32 mounting rail for quick and easy installations. It works with many types of racked components such as networking equipment, third party storage devices as well as Sun™ type products. This Sun™ ready type of rack rail will allow you to simply screw in most Sun products and SharkRack rack-mount kits.

STRUCTURE AND AESTHETICS:
The 40-ECAB-SRS2-70 starts with an extruded aluminum frame and a reinforced 12-gauge cold rolled steel base. The cabinet is covered with removable side panels, a vented top panel with access for cables and a locking rear door that is fully vented with 68% open area. The computer cabinet is finished off in two-tone gray powder coat paint in an exacting color scheme to match the appearance of Sun products, which makes for an overall impressive look. FLEXIBILITY:
The computer cabinet offers three pair of rack rails, one pair at the front, one in the middle, and one in the rear. The middle rack rails are adjustable to accommodate units of varying depths. This prevents users from having to buy another cabinet simply because one unit requires 34" of depth and another requires only 24" of depth. The 40-ECAB-SRS2-70 has space between the middle and rear rack rails to accommodate four devices such as cable management channels and power strips. We include one power strip and one cable management channel to get you started. You can add two more cable management channels (40-CM-70), two more vertical power strips, or a combination of each depending on your needs. For additional flexibility the 40-ECAB-SRS2-70 allows cables to run through both the top and bottom of the cabinet.

OTHER STANDARD FEATURES:
The heavy-duty anti-tip guard (40-RST-HD) protects the computer cabinet and data center users from catastrophic tipping with its ability to handle several hundred pounds with ease. Casters support up to 1000 lbs allow users to roll the 40-ECAB-SRS2-70 and leveling feet keep the unit stationary.
