SharkRack knows that security is an integral component of any data center. The TigerShark2 has the ability to incorporate advanced cabinet-level security in the form of the 40-T2AC005, a network gateway for the 40-T2AC002 electronic door lock, and is made specifically for the T2 cabinet system.

The 40-T2AC005 is the link between the swing-handles and the Ethernet LAN. It has capacity for up to 250 HID swing-handles with addresses from 1 to 254, or up to 31 keypad swing-handles. The Gateway is IP addressable and is the link between the user software and the handles.
